Meet Carie and Holly - Co-Owners/Operators Tail Blazers Dog Spa and Tail Blazers Copperfield

When the idea of adding grooming to our retail store first crossed our minds we knew absolutely nothing about how to run a grooming shop! From designing the layout, to figuring out what the heck a Teddy Bear cut was it was a definite learning experience for both of us.

What we DID know however was that we wanted our salon to be different from the others out there. We wanted to ensure that our stylists were compassionate and understanding of how animals think and behave. We knew we wanted to use our experience with natural remedies to help reduce their stress. We knew that we wanted their experience to be a visit to our stylists with the extra bonus of a groom when they were done!

Luckily, with the help of Cheryl Lorenzen, we put our ideas together and Tail Blazers Dog Spa was born! With the volume of referrals we have been getting from vets, trainers, breeders, and most importantly - our satisfied customers - I guess we got it right!

Meet Danielle - Stylist

Danielle loves animals and has been working with Pawsitive Match Rescue to help rehabilitate dogs making them better companions for their new forever homes. She is also a foster mom for PM giving dogs the love and compassion they need until they find their own families to love.

Danielle was trained in grooming at the Comfy Couch and has been working in the grooming industry for years. She produces a great cut while at the same time being very compassionate to the animals that visit us which makes her a perfect fit for our salon!
